I read an article on a website recently which stated registry cleaners were of no use and people shouldn’t waste their time or money on them. This author said he could not change his mind about this without seeing some convincing data.

In this article, I would like to make it clear registry cleaners are an important tool that should be used periodically as a regular part of computer upkeep. I will also make the case corruption in the registry will greatly diminish a computer’s speed and overall performance.

This article doesn’t contain any stat sheets or lab reports of any kind. Being a computer technician, I am concerned with the well-being of computers and it is from this point of view I will make my case.

Seeing is Believing

I know a registry cleaner has the potential to get a sick computer back on its feet. The way I know is I’ve actually seen it happen many, many times. I have no idea why there are some who are preaching against registry cleaners when I have seen them save computers from their demise time and time again!
