Its not free but i’d reccomend Blue Scorpion.
There basic package meets your requirements and only costs £18 per year.
E-mail support and if your needed a little more than the basic package but not enouth warrenting the next pacage they will up upgrade u for free. E.g just one more MySQL database. Well they did for me.
